New York Times reports on the re-establishment of Cortlandt Way

The New York Times reports on one of Matt Donham's last projects with PWP, the extension of Cortlandt Way into the World Trade Center redevelopment in Lower Manhattan. Matt shepherded the project through design and documentation, balancing the needs of the multi-layered stakeholder group detailed in this article.
